In 2024, JT Evolutions rebranded from its former title, The Woodlands Bookkeeping Services. We outgrew the name, becoming a company that provided services beyond bookkeeping. We’re excited to take on this new era as an upward path toward helping businesses thrive with us. We expect our clientele to continue expanding, and we invite you to be a part of it!

Tracy Gutierrez, Founder & CEO, CFO

Tracy Gutierrez started JT Evolutions (formerly known as Woodlands Bookkeeping Services) 13 years ago with the goal to help small and medium sized businesses grow. In total, she has 20 years of experience managing Business Finances, paired with a background in Project Management, Marketing, and Data Analysis. She is more than just your accountant; she is your remote CFO that ensures you always get accurate reporting and sound financial advice. Her reputation is built on her consistent delivery of reliable and highly organized books, reconciliations, cash flows, and more. Tracy is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor whose expertise lends itself to managing the team at JT Evolutions and seeing to her clients’ needs.

Juan Carlos Gutierrez, COO & Sales Specialist

Juan Carlos Gutierrez has a background in Sales and Business Management, and uses these skills widely at JT Evolutions. He is in charge of clients’ dense CRM software, Strategy Development and Implementation, Collections, and Project Management. He likes to identify where workflows are being interrupted and develop plans with our clients to make profitable changes. Juan’s strength is in his ability to manage and communicate with people.

Katie Williamson, Controller & Administrative Specialist

Katie Williamson has a degree in Business Administration and is Tracy’s right hand when it comes to all things bookkeeping and accounting. She started working for JT Evolutions in 2021, and has since taken the responsibility of contracts management, client correspondence, invoice drafting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll, data entry and organization, and more.

Caitlyn Gutierrez, Account Manager

Graduated from Texas A&M University, Caitlyn Gutierrez manages monthly and weekly reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payables and receivables, commissions, and customer service support. She takes pride in her accurate, detail-oriented, and timely reporting. Caitlyn enjoys managing client communications for you, dealing with customers so you don’t have to.

Sophia Gutierrez, Technology Manager

Sophia Gutierrez joined the team at JT Evolutions in the fall of 2023 and has since automated and optimized databases for JTE clients, creating user-friendly workflows and user interfaces. Her focus is to streamline clients' financial and operational processes that get bogged down by out-dated systems. She has also delved into website design, brand development, and social media management.
